• Living Areas: Washing and dusting all surfaces, vacuuming and mopping floors, windows, sills and lighting fixtures, and removal of fireplace debris. Pet debris cleaning provided for an added fee.

• Kitchens: Deep cleaning of countertops, sinks, appliances, cabinetry, and dining areas to ensure a spotless and hygienic cooking environment. Empty garbage, ensuring provided amenities are stocked for renters use; i.e. coffee station, paper towels, linens and dishcloths available for use, wash products and accessories as needed. 

• Bedrooms: Linens washed and arranged with care to maintain the ambiance of the space.

• Bathrooms: Sanitizing and scrubbing all fixtures, tiles, and mirrors for an immaculate finish, refilling and arranging shower and bathing products, toilet paper and empty garbage. Removal of garbage provided for an added fee. 

EXTERIOR CLEANING:

• Deck and Dock Cleaning: Power washing and scrubbing to remove dirt, algae, and debris from decks and docks, ensuring safety and aesthetic appeal.

• Windows and Glass: Cleaning all windows and glass surfaces to provide clear, unobstructed views of the waterfront.

• Outdoor Furniture: Cleaning and maintaining outdoor furniture to keep it looking its best and ready for use.

SERVICES:

• Provide itemized list of products and supplies for refilling and restocking

• Checking and maintaining hot-tubs, water-level top-up

• Sourcing and providing general-use stock for the house
